Privacy Policy for Enriching Young Minds

Updated September 8, 2026

This notice describes how Enriching Young Minds handles information connected with its website, inquiries, donations, events, and programs. It is a privacy notice, not a request for consent simply because you visit the website.

For ebook purchases and the learning app, including parent permission, saved answers, evaluations, and deletion choices, read our Digital Product Policies. The SMS notice below covers text-message subscriptions.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide can include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, registration details, voluntarily shared demographic information, survey responses, and messages. The contact form asks for a first name, last name, email address, and message. Please do not use it to send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or a child’s sensitive information.

Donations, registrations, and purchases can involve payment and transaction details. Payment services process payment information and provide records needed to verify transactions.

Website services can collect an IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, navigation activity, and cookie information. When you interact with our social media pages, information you share through those interactions may be visible to us and to the platform.

2. How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage program participation, process donations and purchases, maintain related records, operate the website, and address security or legal requirements. Updates, newsletters, and promotional communications depend on the choices you make when signing up.

3. Sharing information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website, process transactions, or help deliver services; with authorities when legally required; and with program partners as needed for a joint program or event in which you participate.

The website uses Wix. Some donation and participation links open other services, including Zeffy, PayPal, and Jotform. Review the notice on the service you use before submitting information. Social media platforms also have their own information practices.

4. Cookies and website activity

Our existing website practices include cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, usage analytics, and social media advertising. Cookie choices depend on the services and controls available when you visit. You can also manage cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in or other features. Industry advertising choices are available through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

5. Keeping information

Retention depends on why a record was collected and any applicable legal obligations. Donation, purchase, registration, and support records can have different retention needs. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. The learning app’s separate retention and download periods are explained in the Digital Product Policies; they do not apply to every website or donation record.

6. Security

No website or method of storing information is completely secure. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details by email or through the contact form. Report a suspected privacy or security problem to info@enriching-young-minds.org.

7. Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about a copy of your records. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the information and the law that applies. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Use an email address already associated with your records when possible.

For privacy requests, email info@enriching-young-minds.org. Use an unsubscribe option in marketing email where provided, or contact us for help. Withdrawing permission does not itself cancel a purchase or payment agreement.

8. Children’s privacy

Parents and guardians should handle purchases, registrations, and requests involving children’s information. A purchase or website visit is not permission to collect a child’s learning work. The learning app requires separate parent permission before saving learner profiles and answers. Its detailed notice and parent choices appear in the Digital Product Policies.

If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the situation and handle the information appropriately. Please do not send additional sensitive information about the child with an initial request.

9. Links to other services

Linked websites and platforms have their own privacy notices and controls. This notice does not describe every practice of those services. Read their notices before providing information.

10. Visitors outside the United States

Enriching Young Minds is based in the United States. Information submitted through our services may be processed in the United States or in locations used by our providers. Privacy laws can differ by location. Visiting the website does not by itself provide any consent that applicable law separately requires.

11. Changes to this notice

The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes to this notice do not replace any separate notice or permission required by applicable law.
